The Role

• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with applicable accounting principles (such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles or International Financial Reporting Standards). Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze financial data from various sources, such as financial statements, general ledger accounts, and transaction records. Identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Internal Reporting: Prepare and distribute internal reports to management and other stakeholders, providing insights and analysis on financial performance, key metrics, and trends. Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy of data.
• External Reporting: Coordinate the preparation of external financial reports, such as quarterly and annual reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and deadlines. Provide support during external audits and reviews.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making processes. Present findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting processes, enhance data accuracy, and optimize reporting systems. Implement improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Investor Relations, to gather information, address inquiries, and provide support for financial reporting matters. Communicate financial results and implications to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Your Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (e.g., US GAAP, IFRS).
• Finance & Reporting experience (to support with month-end, forecasting etc.)
• Familiar with using financial system and reporting software such as OneStream.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, proactive, to partner effectively amongst a team of dynamic and driven individuals.
