Business Analyst Intern (IT - Business Management) (6 Months)
Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders across Scoot to elicit business requirements for assigned Information Systems projects
• Identify and recommend new systems and enhancements, participate in Business Process Improvement & Re-engineering initiatives
• Research on available information systems solutions in the market and industry's best practices
• Propose and define the functional requirements
• Work closely with Technical Analyst and Developers to develop a technical solution for stakeholders
• Collaborate with Scoot Developers or third-party partners to deliver solutions
• Assist in preparation of project documentation and support management of the delivery of solution
• Facilitate user acceptance tests (UAT), user training, pre-and post-implementation activities

Requirements

• University Degree - Computer Science / Information Systems
• Knowledge on Cloud Applications preferred
