Cross-Border M&A Division, M&A Consulting Unit \xef\xbc\x8d Business Analyst Intern
& Summary We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong data analysis and strategy development skills to support data-driven decision making by leadership. The candidate will work closely with Head of M&A Consulting to build and work on reports that have a direct impact on business priorities and strategy. The candidate with experience in working with senior executives across project management, strategy development, data analysis, reporting, and visualization will be preferred.
M&A Consulting Unit M&A Consulting Unit is an unit that assists Senior Executives, CEOs and Boards of leading (Japanese & ASEAN) corporations and government agencies to develop and execute strategies including market entry and growth strategy, M&A strategy and government policy design.
Duration We are looking for candidates to join us for our Business Analyst internship from May 2023 to November 2023 (Full-time).

What You\'ll Do

• Perform as a project member or support for management consulting project
• Support management consulting projects/proposals related to research, strategy development and M&A, taking charge of a distinct workstream of the project
• Identify business solution strategies by consolidating information sources, conducting detailed analysis, and translating into actionable insights
• Synthesized your findings and present to key project stakeholder

Qualifications Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and analytic capabilities with hypothesis-driven research skills
• Self-motivated & independent
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred:

• Consulting background / Prior M&A experience preferred
• Other language capability (Business level) is an advantage
