Business Analyst- Manufacturing (MES System)

US Pharma Manufacturing Company!

Working Location: Tuas Singapore (Company transport provided from Boon Lay, Kranji, & Outram)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions

Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports

Assures that the Service Level Agreements for the local applications are defined and signed off with the business stakeholders and that service level KPIs are met.

Liaise with business stakeholders to ensure business priorities are fulfill through good technical implementation

Assures delivery of local projects within the agreed budget, timelines and quality with clear, efficient and effective project deliverables

Job Requirements:

min. Degree in any discipline

min. 4 years of functional experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
