Support user community on business queries and provide guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities
Ensure smooth day-to-day operation and support for the business
Manage Contextual Marketing Platform, Campaign Workflow Automation, Campaign 360 and Leads Management System (LMS)
Ensure smooth operation of campaign publishing and leads development on LMS
Review eDM campaign calendar and ensure campaigns are published on schedule
Coordinate with Business Analyst to ensure submissions are done on-time
Ensure contact policy is being adhered to
Track end-to-end marketing campaigns
Host eDM images using Java and HTML skills
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing/campaign automation
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience in contextual marketing platforms, campaign workflow automation, campaign 360, and leads management system
Proficiency in Java and HTML skills
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
