As a Business Analyst Intern in Operations, you will work closely with our Operations team to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to operational efficiency. This role is an excellent opportunity for a Master\'s student specializing in Operations Management or Data Intelligence to gain hands-on experience, apply analytical skills, and develop a strong foundation in operational analysis and project managementWhat you will do

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making in operations. Use analytical tools to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Assist in evaluating existing operational processes and workflows. Propose actionable recommendations to optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations. Communicate results effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
• Project Support: Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at process optimization, resource allocation, and supply chain management. Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Performance Metrics: Help develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of operational initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

What you bring

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master\'s degree in Operations Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other relevant software.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and process mapping software is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work outputs.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Initiative: Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
