• Bridge the gap between IT and business using data analytics to assess processes and determine requirements and deliver recommendations to stakeholders
• Ensure successful implementation of digital solutions to improve business units work efficiency, transparency and traceability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support in the development, testing and follow up on implementation of electronic workflows:
• Understand and document user requirements. Perform functional analysis of business requirements and propose solution
• Prepare and coordinate testing activities. Execution of test cases. Analyze test results.
• Log defects identified during testing.
• Support post Go-Live activities
• Use Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Power Automate to create workflows
• Assist with any other tasks and roles assigned

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Software Engineering, Business Management or equivalent qualifications.
• 1 to 3 years of working experience.
• Ability to identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements
• Good communication skills to facilitate meetings between IT and business stakeholders
• Good problem solving skills to solve challenges and involve in negotiation between IT and business stakeholders
• Good in critical thinking to evaluate multiple options together with IT and business stakeholders.
