\xe2\x80\x8bDynamic role in a regional bank - you will play an integral part in establishing transformation footprints under retail banking customer-assisted channels initiatives.

Bachelor and/or master\'s in technology or relevant field

Capable of gathering and analysing requirements, writing user stories and translating them into functional specifications

Tactical stakeholder management across business, technology and vendors

Working knowledge in self-service banking, omni-channel transformation, contact centres and customer experience design.

Strong process design and strategic problem-solving skills.
