Job Description

Seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join the project team. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead ServiceNow implementations across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Analysis

Lead requirements gathering using human-centric design and visual facilitation. Analyse current systems and processes to identify improvement areas. Develop strategic digital transformation roadmaps using Design Thinking principles.

Technical Leadership

Advise on technology selection and implementation aligned with client architecture. Recommend suitable delivery models (Outsourced, Co-Sourced, or In-house). Ensure compliance with cloud architecture and SG Tech Stack standards.

Project Delivery

Develop user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria. Oversee configuration, customisation, integration, and deployment. Lead change impact assessments and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct workshops and training for knowledge transfer.

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements sessions. Drive user adoption through effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum 4 years' experience in digital transformation projects. Proven success in at least 2 ServiceNow implementations. Experience with HR modules or other SaaS platforms preferred.

Technical & Core Competencies

Proficient in ServiceNow configuration, customisation, and workflows.


Strong understanding of Agile delivery, cloud architecture, and modern development practices.


Familiar with AI tools, automation, and system integration.


Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
