• Work with large and complex data sets to measure and analyse performance of the sales teams.
• Design and develop reports as well as performance measurement dashboards, leveraging cloud-based tools and Salesforce CRM to streamline and automate report production.
• Work cross functionally with sales and product teams to deep dive on core business issues using quantitative data to drive sales and business KPIs.
• Provide analytical support on issues impacting business and operations performance depending on business needs and stakeholder requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree level holder with at least 2+ years of experience in a data/business analyst or strategy and planning role.
• Possess business analysis techniques and any experience in forecasting techniques or modelling would be a plus.
• Able to clearly communicate data insights to stakeholders and management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce would be great.
• You have a thing for data & analytics, always thinking on what data is needed, how to structure it, and how to derive insights from it.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter and able to drive projects independently.
