Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to user inquiries and requests, providing troubleshooting support for internal ERP applications.
• Collect and analyze user requirements, and recommend practical solutions based on the findings.
• Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, technical and functional specifications, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with the team in the execution of IT projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT application support, with at least 1 year of involvement in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Sales Order, and MRP applications.
• Hands-on experience and in-depth understanding of Oracle databases.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; project management experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capable of working independently, collaborating effectively as part of a team, and communicating across all levels.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
