A large global brand is recruiting for a Business Analyst (Voice, Telephony Capabilities) job based in their Raffles Place office in Singapore. About the Business Analyst (Voice, Telephony Capabilities) Role:
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will work directly with the Technical, Commercial and Business Team to manage the design and development of an in-house tool for voice, actively participating in design thinking sessions with a focus on user experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to delivery through all aspects of the voice tool development life cycle including requirements gathering, data modelling, design and implementation, testing and release
• Facilitate decision making with stakeholders, including conversations around job spec and bigger picture approaches to the solution and provide clear options
• Review business processes to identify gaps and enable process improvements
• Manage JIRA user stories, confluence and work with the product team on activities to be prioritised
• Create workflow, process, work instructions and share with business owners, support stakeholders in adopting the voice tool

To succeed in this Business Analyst (Voice, Telephony Capabilities) role, you must have business analysis/product management experience working in a telco/vendor environment delivering voice-based software platforms/solutions. Key Requirements:

• A minimum of five years as a business analyst/technical voice consultant/voice product solutions in the telcom field
• Understanding of telephone networks, VoIP using SIP and telecommunication carrier relations
• Strong knowledge and application of analysis techniques, including process mapping, facilitation, gap analysis and data analysis
• Strong Customer and Stakeholder management skills and experience
