The Talent
Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
Seasoned Program Manager with at least 5-7 years of experience, managing products (tech/software/business tools etc.)
Strong Data Management & Analysis with Microsoft Excel, extracting raw data from sales tool and analyzing the data with the use of VLOOKUP/ Pivot tables.
PowerBI would be an added advantage.
Data Management - 30%
Drive deep analysis and insights (with potential recommendations) into market, retailer and OEM/device assortment performance and trends leveraging both internal data and external research and reports
Deliver consistent and ongoing consumer reports and dashboards to business discussions
Track core KPI performance trends and insights and build regional forecast views
Competitor Analysis review and capture key competitors\' insights and provide frequent updates to the broader team.
Portfolio Planning Process: Using data sources to build portfolio heatmaps, line logic, etc.
Program Management and Operations- 70%
Lead and support seasonal cycle planning, FY planning, account meetings & follow up, monthly business updates with sub-regional teams
Support Asia Consumer lead in driving country, regional and HQ discussions to gain insights in to monthly trends and performance drivers/gaps/opportunities
Business Management: Marketing Budget management and owner driving
Spend and ROI analysis for regional and sub-regional budgets for software/business tools categories (2 cats)
Consolidate, integrate and analyze marketing spend details from information
Manage and track IOs and POs regularly, and flag under/overspend activities
Manage timely accrual on monthly and quarterly basis
Follow quarterly financial accountability & timelines, and work closely with regional/sub/Corp Finance and Channel/Device Marketing teams to align on spend performance and key regional timelines
Support rebate program processes across the region for assigned product categories
Manage central regional SharePoints, Teams and OneNotes
