About the Role

The role can be based in Singapore, Australia (Perth), India (Bangalore) or Philippines (Manila)

We are seeking a Business Application Specialist to join Enterprise & Global Marketing & Maritime Corporate Functions team.

You will be a part of a team accountable for architecting and delivering on the digital roadmap of the Maritime Function. You will support initiatives from conception through deployment focused on digitalising processes in areas of analytics, automation, artificial intelligence and application refreshes.

It will include:

• Delivering on the product strategy and product roadmap
• Embracing learning new applications and technology to support projects.
• Work with Product Owner, Solution Architect, application vendors and business stake holders to deliver on the functional requirements of the projects.
• Contribute to the digital roadmap of a function that manages the largest bulk carrier fleet to date ensuring safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness.

About You

• Have some industry experience in the areas of Sales / Marketing / Supply chain applications
• Have used or been involved in the deployment of Maritime technology applications (e.g.SAP Sales and Commerce Cloud or any apps pertaining to sales, supply chain and marketing)
• Effective communication and experience with stakeholder management, being able to work effectively with people at all levels in the organisation.
• Experience working and managing within the AGILE framework is desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Exceptionally organisational skills - both self and team
• Excellent multitasker, ability to operate at a fast pace, changing environment
• Impeccable time-management and ability to prioritise
• Positive team player who is respectful and empathetic
