This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is eager to grow with our business.Key Responsibilities:1. Accounts and Finance:Handle daily accounting tasks, including invoice processing, reconciliation, and reporting.Manage accounts using Xero (preferred but not mandatory).Support banking operations and liaise with financial institutions as needed.2. Administrative Support:Oversee office administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Manage correspondence, scheduling, and general office organization.3. Project Support:Assist in planning and executing various business projects.Coordinate with teams across departments, including subcontractors and the UK facility.4. Business Development:Provide support in client outreach and relationship building.Conduct market research and assist in preparing presentations.Requirements:Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.Experience in accounts and finance, with Xero knowledge as an advantage.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive and adaptable mindset, willing to learn and take on new challenges.
