What you\'ll do
We are an acquisition team specialising in the Singapore market. Our team ensures that business owners receive the best account for their business requirements. The team drives revenue and captures customer wallet share by sussing out opportunities to cross-sell other services and products offered by the Bank.

  • Acquire new-to-bank corporate clients, onboard them via interactive digital onboarding platforms and grow the business account via different channels.
  • Conduct customer due diligence and KYC to understand business legitimacy and ensure compliance of mandatory banking policies and procedures.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand the specific banking needs of potential clients. Provide consultative solutions to clients to meet their banking needs and objectives and deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Actively cross-sell and up-sell the Bank\'s Beyond Banking products to customers who are ready to benefit from those banking products and services.
  • Identify high-value client for cross-referral to build revenue growth and deposits.
  • Assist Small & Medium Enterprises on corporate account opening, and in service requests and enquiries on a timely and informed manner.
  • Always maintain a high standard of client confidentiality and ensure compliance to bank regulations.
  • Establish and build long term and profitable banking relationships with clients.
  • Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
About You
  • Degree in any discipline
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with external stakeholders.
  • Organized and meticulous
  • Able to conduct business conversation in Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates with no working experience are welcomed to apply, comprehensive training will be provided.
