Develop comprehensive internal control solutions based on local conditions, promote the establishment and effective operation of the internal control management system in the responsible domain, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal control status in the responsible domain. Provide guidance on planning and design, and undertake internal control work planning, comprehensive internal control solution design, optimization of internal control policies and methods, transformation of the internal control management system, and other major internal control tasks of the company. Lead in the development and maintenance of the risk management (including BCM) framework, take charge of the development and maintenance of global risk management organizations and responsibility systems, plan the development of risk management capabilities, including processes, methods, tools, and measurement, and lead the corporate-level risk management transformation to achieve the preset transformation objectives. Develop mid- and long-term plans and strategies for risk management and contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management. Requirement: Degree in Business/Finance/Telecommunication/Compliance or other relevant disciplines. Ability to independently complete internal control, audit, and risk management projects Ability to identify internal control and risk management issues and provide improvement suggestions. Good communication and influence. Understand internal control and risk-related knowledge. (e.g. finance, internal control, risk, insurance, process, inspection, or audit) Be familiar with the processes and operations (such as sales, product, or delivery) of a certain business domain, and have a background in internal control, internal audit, or finance. Strong computer and research skills knowledge of analysis software would be an added advantage. Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
