Attending to sales inquiries, preparing and presenting quotes, communicating effectively, providing excellent customer service, developing long-term customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase sales and meet goals, preparing monthly sales reports, following up on outstanding payments, and completing ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company
Requirements:
To qualify for the role, you should be a self-driven, results-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work under tight deadlines
You should have at least 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics and possess a diploma or relevant education qualifications.
You should be dynamic, self-motivated, and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
You should demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and be able to work independently as well as a team player
