Customize proposals and tea programs aligned with the client's brand and guest experience.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to drive brand presence.

Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with client teams (chefs, F&B managers, brand directors) to support menu integration, staff training, and ongoing activations.
Track performance metrics, guest feedback, and reorder cycles to maximize value and upsell opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, product development) to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years in business development or account management in luxury F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
Strong network within the hotel and premium hospitality industry in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Passion for tea, luxury wellness, or hospitality is a strong advantage.
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
