JOB SCOPEResponsibilities include (but are not limited to):Preparation of proposal for corporate contracts and GeBIZ tenders
Preparation of marketing material content to raise awareness of products and services
Communications with corporate clients
Assisting with phone calls should the need arise
Working with medical and wellness teams to develop new programs and services
Working with development team on the development of company's mobile and web applications
Applying for grants to support business growth
Submission of documents for reimbursement of current grants
Management of corporate profiles on Clinic Management System
Generating of Corporate Invoices
Management of corporate team
Other tasks related to business developmentREQUIREMENTSCandidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business or Marketing
Candidate must be meticulous and have attention to detail
A genuine interest and passion for the well-being of our clients
Excellent customer service
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Office) - ability to learn other systems
Coachable and professional conduct with good public relations skills/dynamic personality
The ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
The ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities effectively
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in matters involving our clients
Possesses a problem-solving skillset
Able to analyse numbers and derive findings on business performance
Have accuracy and attention to detail
