Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business/Operations Manager focussing on value creation for digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business strategy/development, operations management, and a deep understanding of digital product development and value creation.

Responsibilities

Business Development/Strategy:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive the growth of digital products and create value, including crafting value propositions.
• Proactively engage potential customers or conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with product development.
• Contract negotiation with customers, and project delivery.

Operations Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of VITAL Program Management.
• Streamline and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Able to work independently to propose program roadmap and mechanics to achieve VITAL\'s northstars.

Performance Analysis:

• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of VITAL program.
• Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.

Partnership Management:

• Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party partners and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to support VITAL program.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business / Operations or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in business/operations management, with a focus on digital products.
• Experience in project management and coordination across diverse teams.

Skills

Technical skills include:

• Strong understanding of digital product value creation processes and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is preferred.

Generic skills include:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently.
