In this business critical role, you will drive the development and execution of the strategic plan for Singapore and will be central to the achievement of revenue, market share and volume objectives, and customer satisfaction.

About the Business Development and Partnerships Manager Role:
As a Business Development and Partnerships Manager, you will drive growth of market share in Singapore by capitalising on new business opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plan for Singapore, working together with regional counterparts to ensure alignment with global strategic objectives
• Identify business development opportunities and build strategic relationships with commercial partners to grow market share
• Implement new initiatives including undertaking business impact analysis and implementation activities to support ongoing business change and growth in Singapore
• Ensure business operations are aligned with defined global standards, including implementing processes, policies and procedures for adhering to audit compliance
• Provide leadership and direction to the Singapore team through recognition, coaching and modelling desired behaviours

To succeed in this Business Development and Partnerships Manager role, you should have experience driving business development activities and managing compliance standards, ideally in the education sector.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five years experience in business development, especially the identification and leveraging of new business opportunities
• Strong understanding of audit and compliance processes
• Experience managing business operations
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to apply sales principles to expand market share
• Experience managing teams and implementing professional development plans
