MesoLabs is a Web3 incubation lab that aims to explore and incubate technology-driven Web3 projects that can bring high practical value to the industry. We have rich experience in digital quantitative trading, derivatives, DeFi product development and various Web3 project

incubations, with support from a group of top VC institutes in the industry. The team comprises about 30 members, spreading all over the APAC areas, including Australia, Thailand, Singapore, etc. To pursue bigger achievements, we are now looking for experienced talents

Responsibilities:

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem

\xe2\x97\x8f Primary point of contact for institutional partnerships in the Web3 native space

\xe2\x97\x8f Contribute to deal team operations and new market initiatives

\xe2\x97\x8f Own all elements of the partnership life cycle: scoping of opportunities, identifying potential partners, framing of value, negotiating agreements, and implementation and optimization

\xe2\x97\x8f Help develop and execute the partnership strategy and tactics that will support the company\xe2\x80\x99s project growth

\xe2\x97\x8f Attend partner events and act as guest speaker sometimes to maintain public relationships

\xe2\x97\x8f Work independently to lead cross-functional partnership initiatives and collaborate with different parties from both internal and external to facilitate the initiatives.

Requirements:

\xe2\x97\x8f 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role

\xe2\x97\x8f Deep understanding of different kinds of Web3 products and markets including DeFi, NFT, etc.

\xe2\x97\x8f The ability to build and manage relationships with product and business leaders, internally and externally

\xe2\x97\x8f Must have great interpersonal and communications skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Can work in a flexible time manner that suits specific project needs

\xe2\x97\x8f Can work remotely and online when necessary

\xe2\x97\x8f High fluency in English/Chinese in a working environment

\xe2\x97\x8f Singapore citizen/PR only
