About Us Located in Tanglin Mall, our flagship Kids Club is set in an eclectic background of colonial and tropical architecture and conveniently located by the junction of Tanglin Road & Grange Road.

The club is a one-stop destination for family fun, offering a wide array of enriching classes, camps and special events. Parents also enjoy exclusive perks. Our bespoke play area houses an indoor playground equipped with various exciting offerings to keep your child entertained for hours. Parents can chill in our comfortable lounge or entrust kids to the care of our experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Offsite Operations (Onboarding and Managing Freelance Trainers)
• Ensure trainers contracts are signed and their schedules are updated and communicated
• Assist in Business Development (Identify new areas of growth in creative enrichment)
• Assist in Marketing Collaborations & Partnerships
• Manage Social Media postings & planning of content calendar
• Procurement of resources
• Fulfill confirmed programmes
• Event Planning and execution for Club Members
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and coordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• Being able to interact with parents and be at the kids event planned.
  

Job Requirements

Qualification

• Diploma and above

Experience & Capabilties

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, Business Development
• Preferably experienced in the enrichment and education industry with educational sales experience
• Strong Presentation, Interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work on a weekend
