Initiate own sales call, sales visits and explore new customers. Undertake leadership in sales and product development. Support and coordinate with team member for project development. Develop and maintain relations with project subcontractors. Develop and manage key performance and revenue report for Management Team. Develop alternative solutions and formulate commercial and contractual proposals Daily business development information collection and compilation of potential market prospects Work closely with regional and global team in order to secure global and regional contract from target customers Working on various types of bid / tenders as per company's standard. Manages pricing for various modes of transportation Sales visit to meet existing and new customers at least 10 visits per week Generate business and achieve target Prepare sales planning, and forecasting activities Requirements: Min 5 years of relevant experience in Project & O&G Freight Forwarding Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Sales driven, experience with handling project cargo Excellent analytical skills and result oriented Good communication skills, pro-active and excellent team player
