Job Description

Identify opportunities:

Research new markets, potential clients, and viable income streams.

Drive growth:

Increase the value of existing customers and attract new ones.

Develop partnerships:

Contact businesses to initiate strategic partnerships and develop new markets.

Manage proposals and sales:

Create sales pipelines, draft business proposals and quotes, and support sales efforts.

Execute strategy:

Help senior management develop and execute business strategies and marketing initiatives.

Team management:

Train personnel, help the team develop skills, and manage workflow and goals.

Market analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends and analyze market data.

Reporting:

Report on successes and areas for improvement to management.
Required skills and qualifications


Education:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field is often preferred.

Experience:

Proven experience in a business development, sales, or marketing role.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for client and team interactions.

Strategic thinking:

The ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans.

Sales and negotiation:

Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and closing deals.

Organizational skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are needed to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Technical skills:
