Business Development Assistant
, you'll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation, outreach and client relationship efforts that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and researching new business opportunities
Support outreach efforts via email, calls and social media platforms
Schedule and coordinate meetings, follow-ups and client touchpoints
Maintain and update CRM systems and sales records
Prepare basic sales presentations, reports and proposals
Liaise with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to support client needs
Attend events or meetings to support business development efforts, if needed
What You Bring
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive attitude with good research and organisational skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
