Simple Group started in July 2020 and have since served more than 100 clients, organized more than 10 trade fairs, and have completed more than 500 business matchings. We have also been featured in more than 50 media and forged partnerships with more than 80 partner associations and companies in the region. Our international footprints also include Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Korea, Australia and China. In the next bound, Simple Group focus shall be on re-inventing our technical competencies to use data-driven approach towards perfecting our Simple Group Dealmaking Desk methodology in pushing forward cross-border opportunities, strengthening efforts to better serve International Trade Fairs through Simple Group Virtual Trade Fair suite of services, and charting our 2024 roadmap for Simple Group Events that serves Singapore enterprises in venturing overseas through participation in International Trade Fairs and high-quality Business Matchings. Job Title Business Development and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Co-Founders and Vice Presidents of Simple Group to deliver Company
Mission * Identify and evaluate business opportunities to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry associations.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to enhance the company\'s visibility.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to promote Simple Group\'s services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with the events or trade fair industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
