Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage tender clarifications, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Contribute to cost and price calculations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Coordinate tender reviews and manage deadlines.
• Attend meetings as necessary to clarify tender requirements and align with client needs.
• Prepare pricing, including costing of manpower resources, and verify manpower resource requirements and timeline.
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements or are suitably qualified.
• Ensure that proposals are competent, innovative where appropriate, and fully address the client\'s requirements.
• Handle post-submission clarifications and revisions following changes to the client\'s requirements.
• Apply knowledge of cost economics to enhance the accuracy and competitiveness of tenders.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in designing slides and presentations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to strategize based on client requirements.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of cost economics.
• Training will be provided.
