We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
Business Development Coordinator
to join our Singapore team. In this role, you'll support our business development efforts, from identifying new opportunities and assisting with outreach, to ensuring smooth coordination of key initiatives that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support lead generation, prospect tracking and outreach campaigns
Maintain accurate records, reports and follow-up documentation
Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals and business reports
Coordinate internal meetings, reviews and team updates
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making
Track and follow up on leads, opportunities and pipeline progress
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
Strong communication, organisational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented and proactive in supporting team projects
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (CRM experience is a bonus)
A collaborative team player with a genuine interest in sales and business growth
