Business Development Director Working Hours: 5 days Office hours Location : Orchard Job Responsibilities Business management Develop general growth strategies and support development / management of budgets for the management and expansion of our services. Create and implement corporate performance goals for and manage against these goals. Understand the industry dynamics, and establish appropriate strategies for collaboration, both in Singapore and regional. Advice the management on future trends in the industry. Understand competition and develop appropriate winning strategies. New business development Work with Marketing to develop and implement go-to-market strategies. Maintain strong and positive ongoing customer relationships at senior level to drive repeat business and partnerships. Organizational management Identify, evaluate and engage potential collaboration partners and/or acquisition targets to support our corporate strategies. Serve as a change agent that both understands customer needs and translates those needs into best-practice delivery models. Job Requirements: Strong healthcare background or strong commercial experience. 10+ years working experience with proven record in business development. M&A and deal experience a plus. Leadership presence and the ability to manage and lead change and to achieve results through influence. Proven strategic thinker with experience in bringing new, profitable service lines to market.
