Description

Our client is a fast-growing software platform company that is part a significantly larger group. Their platform provides a range of tools and resources for HR professionals to manage and develop their workforce effectively, and to build a high performing workforce.

This employer places significant emphasis on developing their employees and ensuring their personal and career success through 1-1 coaching. In addition, they have robust supporting teams in areas such as marketing and inside sales, which specialize in cold calling and prospecting. This a role with a base salary and uncapped earning commission.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the business leader of the region, you will be responsible for developing overall sales for assigned new business prospects and revenue growth in current clients. You will be required to analyse the local market opportunity, recommend strategies for all Company lines of business, and implement planning and execution.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have the ability to develop credible relationships with all levels of management, be an organized self-starter who enjoys prospecting and networking, and possess highly developed presentation and communication skills. You would ideally have a proven track record in professional sales environments, preferably selling HR or Human Capital Solutions to the CHRO and other C-suite leaders.
