Job Description

1. Business development signing with Novel Writer,
2. Content evaluation editing experience
3. Responsible for channel content quality/amount
4. Make a content plan about:
a. What content we should create or import from partners
b. Daily content publishing strategy in App
5. Organize the content topic project:
a. Market research and audience/creator information research
b. Brainstorming
c. Track the content data result (CTR, UV), and improve it
6. Manage daily content publishing
a. In-App
b. Publishing partners/channels (Youtube/Instagram/Spotify etc.)Main daily scope of work:
1. Contact candidates for Novel Writer. Follow up the signing process, bring creators onto the platform, and maintain their productivity
2. Organize and manage the works of creators, let them follow the content guidelines, and gives feedback/advice to improve their results.
3. Data analysis and audience market research for our content.
4. Pick the good content and help with content publishing solutions in App.
5. Edit and upload content in App.
6. Manage the creator/audience community.Qualification:
1. Have 1-2 years of experience in the novel-writing industry
2. Interest in novel writing, content acquisition, audiobook, podcast, and content creator industry.
3. Excellent ability to solve problems, deal with problems and handle pressure
4. Outgoing and comfortable communicating with new people
5. A good team player, fast learner, and open to changes
6. Proficient in English, basic mandarin skills (advantage), and native Philliphino languageJob Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 monthsSalary: From Php4,500.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
