Job Description

The Business Development Executive/Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of the recruitment firm. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the development of strategic initiatives to increase market share and revenue.Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Identify and target new business opportunities through various channel including networking, industry events, cold calling and email campaigns.
• Develop and present tailored recruitment solutions to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for client queries and issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to maximize revenue per client.
• Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• Proven track record in business development or sales within the recruitment industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the recruitment or staffing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, industry trends, and client needs.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
