Salary: ($2,600 - $4,000) inclusive of Basic + Commissions + Incentive

Job Responsibilities:

- Grow & expand business pipelines

- Other pre-sales activities including cold-calling, cold-meetings & cold emails

- Identify and connect with potential clients

- Sell our services (recruitment, temporary staffing, payroll, training)

- Conduct interviews/screenings, to find suitable candidates for clients

- Follow up with the necessary administrative matters such as billing clients, invoices etc

Requirements:

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills

- Sales driven and self motivated

- Able to work in a stressful and fast-paced environment

- Responsible and independent, with good working attitude

- Outgoing with good interpersonal and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Diploma/Degree

- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Human Resources / Sales function
