Business Development Executive ($2700 $3700/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3700 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Closely partner with the indoor sales team to source, prepare quotations, and coordinate with the customer service team to fulfill orders.
- Source and expand existing vendor pool;
- Negotiate with vendors for best pricing and lead time;
- Prepare quotations for the customers;
- Process purchase orders from the customers by coordinating with the Customer Service team by way of systematically sending out the relevant quotation from the vendor and purchase order from the customer;
- Track and monitor outstanding sales orders.
- Support sales analysis.
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
