Business Development Executive Job Summary Our client is a large healthcare organisation in \xef\xbb\xbfSingapore and is seeking to hire a Business Development Executive with a passion for our cause, a sharp mind to learn about healthcare business strategy, and a can-do attitude to translate ideas into real growth. You will be responsible for the growth and expansion of the organisation, both in the services it currently provides and in new areas of opportunity, and the implementation of systems and solutions. Responsibilities
Keep a close eye on customers feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
Requirements
A bachelors degree in business or a related field with minimum 2 years of relevant experience or more in sales and business development
Resourceful with outstanding research skills
Proactive and sales driven with a good customer service mindset
Great networking skills
Ability to work independently and a team player
