Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the lithium battery sector.
• Identify emerging markets and potential customers for lithium battery separators.
• Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to align product offerings with market demands.
• Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and network.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Candidates with marketing experience in Lithium Battery industry will have an advantage.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the battery or materials industry.
• Strong understanding of lithium battery technologies and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
