• Position Title: Business Development Executive
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Full Time/ Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying potential business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
• Analyzing market data, conducting competitor analysis, and staying updated on industry development.
• Working with the Head of Sales, to develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Identifying target customers, creating sales pitches and presentations, negotiating deals and closing sales.
• Assessing and evaluating new market opportunities for expansion by identifying new products.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other F&B companies, suppliers, distributors or retailers.
• Collaborating with Sales & Marketing teams to identify customer preferences and trends. Providing inputs and insights to develop new products or improve existing ones.
• Assist in product launches and promotional activities.
• Actively participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, build industry connections, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts.
• Generating regular reports and providing insights to the Management team for decision-making.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a Business Development function.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
