Business Development Executive (Aerospace)

The client is a MNC leading industry expert in precision motor solutions, and a technology 4.0 enabler in Robotics and Automation. We are also involved in the design and manufacture of its own products, featuring Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and precision systems made in Singapore.

Spanning over 30 companies in 10 countries, boasting a regional workforce of over 500 employees, and with a strong focus on Asia and a continually expanding international presence, we are dedicated to shaping the future of robotics and automation.

Based in Singapore, our sales network maintains offices in China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and India. Additionally, our presence in other regions is strengthened through partnerships with distributors, such as the USA and Germany.

:

• Develop relationships with current accounts and actively pursue new clients within designated territories, including airlines, MRO shops, 3P repair shops, and air forces.
• Collaborate closely with the indoor sales team (when available) to source, prepare quotations, and work with the customer service team to complete orders.
• Identify and broaden the existing vendor network.
• Negotiate with vendors for optimal pricing and lead times.
• Generate quotations for customers.
• Manage the processing of customer purchase orders by coordinating with the Customer Service team, systematically forwarding the relevant vendor quotation and customer purchase order.
• Monitor and oversee outstanding sales orders.
• Provide assistance in sales analysis.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Experience Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in general administration or sales support.
• Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal communication, both written and verbal, in English.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.
• Exhibits high levels of integrity, reliability, and honesty.
• Independent and able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and time-sensitive global environment.

Education Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Aerospace
