Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain new relationships that bring benefits to ASME and its members.

• Leverage on these new and existing relationships to achieve educational takeaway for members, while ensuring the sustainability of the ASME.

• Sales presentations to potential sponsors.

• Marketing proposals and follow through to ensure success of projects.

• Manage existing accounts via the various communication channels offered to commercial entities in outreach to members.

• Agree and meet revenue targets.

• Communicate with various stakeholders in various projects while ensuring deadlines are met.

• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer / Executive Director.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Business Management/Marketing is a bonus;

• Minimum 1 year experience in corporate business development related experience. Experienced candidates may be considered for the Assistant Manager role;

• Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to numerous deadlines;

• Be a proven team member who can create trusted relationships/partnerships with various stakeholders in ASME;

• Be a highly motivated and independent individual, willing to approach projects with a Can-Do attitude;

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills;

• Excellent listening, oral and written communication / presentation skills;

• Proficient in Powerpoint and Excel;

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint);

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a bonus

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $2,800.00 - $3,900.00 per monthSchedule:

• Monday to Friday
