:

• Develop and execute the company\'s strategic plan to expand market share in blockchain infrastructure, software development, and hardware sales.
• Proactively identify and cultivate new business partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
• Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics, proposing innovative solutions to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to align business objectives with product development, integrating market feedback.
• Create and present business proposals to prospective clients, engaging in negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance its presence and influence in the Web3 space.
• Manage the company\'s social media presence to interact with audiences and increase brand visibility.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in market development and sales within blockchain, cryptocurrency, finance, or related tech-driven sectors.
• Deep understanding and keen interest in the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain technology and market trends.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal teams and external partners.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Marketing, Computer Science, Technology Finance, or a related field.
