Job Scope:
Conduct market research and industry analysis to align products and solutions with current market demands in the built environment sector.
Prepare and present proposals for a full range of products, solutions, and services tailored to B2B customer requirements.
Drive business development efforts and be accountable for meeting assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Manage the preparation, submission, and follow-up of project tenders to ensure timely and competitive participation.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
Support business operations by carrying out additional tasks or assignments as required by management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, with relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in turnkey solutions such as BMS systems, IoT, smart home or security/access systems.
Strong business acumen with knowledge of basic accounting principles; able to work independently, goal-oriented, and resourceful in driving sales outcomes.
