Business Development Executive
Job Description
This position is reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer and will assist in overseeing the company's local and overseas franchise business and will conduct market research on potential business expansion.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Source, assess and produce winning tender proposal for new business opportunities
Conceptualize and execute new business projects - for both local and overseas
Manage cost and conduct profit analysis
Work closely with franchisee to have a successful launch of the brand
Monitor and regularly visit franchise stores to work with them to improve the business
Monitor consumer behavior & market trends and develop a strategic marketing campaign to attract business
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 years of relevant experience in Business Development
Min. Diploma in Business Management
Having good command of English - able to both write and speak well
Have a good understanding of financial statements and excel
Detail oriented and meticulous with the ability to work within deadlines
Able to communicate effectively and professionally
Able to work independently and as well as in dynamic team
Willingness to learn about the F&B business and work in operations in order to have a good understanding of the operating requirements of the business
Willingness to travel regularly
Diploma/ Advance Diploma
Minimum of 1 year(s) experience needed for this position
