As a Business Development Executive, you help create excitement about the Company's products, providing the right solutions and getting products into the hands of our valued customers.Being part of the team, you understand the business objectives and the importance of having the ability to develop and maintain a network to identify potential business opportunities, grow the business and achieve business development objectives through constant reviews of the market, recommend and implement strategic plans to achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.Your roles & responsibilities include:

• Exploring the market assigned for new opportunities/partnerships ie residential and commercial projects;
• Brand Presentation;
• Sourcing for potential leads for taking on Commune dealership and/or authorized resellers;
• Recruitment of dealers;
• Source, analysis and propose business opportunities in line with the company's direction, in terms of generating profitable revenue streams for the company, not limited only to store openings;
• Explore, execute and manage platforms to facilitate the recruitment of dealers /potential partnerships to generate revenue;
• Achieve revenue target set;
• Analysis SWOT;
• Spearheading innovation and projects;
• Any other duties/tasks/projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree / Retail Sales / Art / Design or Professional Certificate in Designing;
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in retail or merchandise with furniture, furnishing, and interior design background will be plus;
• A highly motivated person who is sales driven and result orientated;
• Ability to inspire team, to meet and exceed performance standards;
• Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of business, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer focus, good relationship with maintenance vendors/ contractors and stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per monthBenefits:
