Business Development Executive

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop new customers and businesses

\xe2\x97\x8f Grow account revenue, market share and profit goals to meet objectives

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop trusting long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their

requirements

\xe2\x97\x8f Convince customers that our products and services would best satisfy and value-add to their needs

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers

\xe2\x97\x8f Negotiate tenders and contract terms and conditions to meet both customers\xe2\x80\x99 and company\xe2\x80\x99s needs

\xe2\x97\x8f Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives through the development of new businesses, coordination

of sales projects and existing business penetration

\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain effective teamwork with members of the Sales Team and other functional teams

\xe2\x97\x8f Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Engineering / Business Management

\xe2\x97\x8f At least 2 years of experience in business development or account management (industrial products

preferred)

\xe2\x97\x8f Possess a Singapore Class 3 Drivers\xe2\x80\x99 License (preferably with own vehicle)

\xe2\x97\x8f Experienced in conducting training/sales pitches for customers

\xe2\x97\x8f Outgoing, positive, driven, self-motivated and possess a hunter mentality

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work independently and under pressure

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication skills and a teamwork attitude

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS

\xe2\x97\x8f Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

\xe2\x97\x8f Basic $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

\xe2\x97\x8f Monthly 1.1k transport allowance (for personal vehicle), company mobile phone
