Generate leads and develop new business opportunities. Promote IT and BPO services to decision-makers. Build strong client relationships and close deals. Drive sales and earn commission based on performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience; IT or BPO experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent. Knowledge of Singapore's SME market is a plus.

Minimum Qualification:

GCE 'A' Level / Diploma (Degree preferred)

Commission-Based / Freelance / Contract

Compensation & Benefits:

100% commission-based - unlimited earning potential. Potential earnings SGD 3,000 - 8,000+ per month depending on performance. Flexible working arrangement. Recognition and rewards for high performance.
