The Opportunity
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
(BDE) based in Singapore to kick-start or grow their sales career. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing, generating new sales pipeline through inbound and outbound opportunity qualification.
In this role, you will:
Gain deep product knowledge and understand our target customers' needs and motivations
Learn to generate pipeline quickly, conduct effective discovery, and qualify opportunities
Communicate extensively with prospective clients to understand challenges and position SWAT solutions effectively
Receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success
Responsibilities
Identify and research new accounts; perform outbound calls to generate pipeline
Follow up on inbound inquiries and qualify leads
Conduct discovery calls and schedule meetings for Account Executives
Partner with Sales to strategically penetrate key accounts
Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on campaigns and optimise lead scoring
Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in Salesforce
Exceed monthly opportunity quotas and KPIs
Perform other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring to the Table
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin- speaking clients
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in lead generation, pipeline building, or sales qualification is a plus

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
