You will be in charge of executing the company digital marketing campaigns and grow the business accounts.


  • Introduction to Business Development channels and team. Identify and locate the resources links require for contents development. Innovate, develop and curate social media marketing contents and identify the target audience.
  • Learn and familiar with digital tools like canvas, lumen, etc to create and construct postings, videos or livestream for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Develop marketing funnels, identify inbound leads generation methods through structuring and design effective landing pages that covert leads to customers. Use social media like Facebook, google ads, Instagram, Tik Tok to publish advertising campaigns, capture more leads and increase conversions.
  • Perform backtest on the developed marketing funnels. Familiarise with the use of various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube, etc for contents delivery. Understand the features limitations of the platforms and improvised.
  • Identify outbound leads generation methods, create outbound prospecting conversion funnel and optimization strategy. Map out outbound prospecting framework, using EMS, website landing pages and SEO.
  • Understand, design and develop customer experience journey using a digital sales funnel and indicate the conversion rate. Set up engagement frameworks for generating appointment through various communication channels and digital platform.
  • Build fact-find framework via online or onsite using a list of questions to create qualifying and disqualifying matrix. Create sales and marketing plan with end in mind to improve products sales, KPI, and revenue.
  • Design sales presentation deck and conduct sales presentation face to face via online platform or in person. Support in setting up engagement frameworks for generating leads and appointmements through various communication channels and digital platform.
  • Establish sales and marketing activities in how to achieve the KPI and revenue. Map out the sales activities and implement.
  • Support sales and marketing plan with end in mind to improve products sales, KPI, and revenue. Support sales and marketing activities in how to achieve the KPI and revenue.
  • Conducting and support sales activities based on the sales and marketing plan. Collect, collate all the results and perform analysis. Identify and design products USP and positioning the brand that meets customers needs.
  • Summarise all the overall sales & marketings activities, conduct and evaluate performance till date. Perform review and make improvement based on the analysed data.

Requirements:
  • Min. ‘A’ Level or Local Diploma in any discipline
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Highly motivated individuals
