Adecco is partnering a global freight forwarding company with worldwide presence in more than 20 countries. We are in search for a Business Development Executive to drive the expansion of the company\'s customer base and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.The Job:
Increase revenue and foster good relationship with existing clients.
Generate new leads via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Establish and nurture strong relationship with existing and new clientele.
Regularly follow up with clients to promote upselling and enhance retention.
Effectively communicate with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding changes to pickup/delivery and potential service disruptions.
Report customer issues to management.
Submit activity reports detailing daily, weekly, and monthly sales efforts.
Engage in contract negotiations and rate agreements.
The Talent:
Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry would be advantageous.
Relevant experience in sales or business development would be a bonus.
